The staff were super nice and helpful with the faulty AC. But later on we realized there were a few more things that weren’t super clean or working but we were able to deal with it. (Sheets, floors, lights, room cards) I would probably stay again if we didn’t have our kids with us! They got into the open AC. Okay place for a quick stay if you know what you’re getting ya know.

Tv didn't work. The one door to come in was broken so has to walk around. Thermostat was broken had to unplug ac. Like it was a no tell motel!!!

It's the cheapest property in Hinckley, so you get what you pay for essentially. Just needed a room to sleep in. Was about 95°and ac was pretty much non functional

Not a very nice place. Lots of maintenance needs to be done. TV did not work. AC was poor. Terrible sign out front-very hard to see. Ice machine was bad. On top of all that, front desk person was not very nice. Not a place I would ever go back to.

ended up sleeping in my car

when we arrived we waited a few minutes before announcing ourselves and interrupting personal conversations between the front desk staff. they were kind enough but it was late and we wanted to check in. checked in, keys received, went and parked… got into the hotel room and tried to make light of it all… i tried saying that it had an older charm…. the walls are paper thin, the mattresses aren’t protected, we found no electricity by our bed so our phones were plugged in across the room. it’s old which isn’t their fault but the room is run down. plumbing is slow but it worked.. the door doesn’t have a security lock so i wedged a very gross chair i didnt even want to touch in between the wall and door. i had so much anxiety while trying to sleep i ended up packing my bags at 1 am and sleeping in my car because that felt cleaner and safer. they’re not bad people, but the place is far past its prime.

I really have no complaint. The exterior and interior are cosmetically aging and I knew this when booking the reservation. The staff was fun at the check in, the room served it purpose and was substantially less than those price gouging casino properties.

The AC worked well! Upon check in there was no AC in that whole building. We were in a different building thankfully. The outdoor key card entrance did not work well There was a distinct odor throughout the hallways and rooms. The room was very dirty. Bathroom very small, shower curtain had mold on it. No toiletries and only 2 towels given. Stains on sheets. When leaving the outside the main hotel threshold were 100s of maggots.

Birthday weekend

Upon checking into our room, found men’s underwear under the table. Not ours of course. Also, found prior guest paper work and keys in the room. Would think if the room was cleaned properly the housekeeper should have taken them .The sheets on the bed were inside out. It’s an older motel so some upgrades are needed. Handicap toilets. More than one garbage can in room.

The bath towel was stained. Key cards to outside locks worked poorly or not at VB all. Room was cold and humid and there were no controls to adjust these.
