Most of the staff was amazing as i traveled with my mom who doesnt get around the best. Unfortunately the handicapped rooms are on the second floor so this was an issue for us so the manager upgraded us to a pool side room next to an outside door. I did have one staff member that was quite rude when i asked a question about the casino but other then that everything was good.

Everything was great... Except the 11/2 check in process because the women working the desk didn't know how to do the job after 4 weeks. Other than that My stay was grandtastic and I wish it wouldnt have been so short.

Very nice staff except early in the morning on Saturday when I came in at 4:30am to find the security guard and front desk person in front of the doors ( so I had to walk between them), smoking and carrying on an intense conversation and never even looked at me! That is the only complaint. It was a lovely stay for the price. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!
