Horrible hotel. Our room was non-smoking but smelled of cigar which was soo bad that we were not able to even open the door to get in. The receptionist tried the call the manager who didn't even pickup the phone to address the issue. Receptionist was not impressed and was very super irate of how the room smelled. He tried to spray to reduce the smell but that did not work. Since they were completely booked, we had no option to sleep in the room filled with a smell of smoke. Luckily we had 2 rooms booked, so kids were able to sleep in the other room on the floor. Breakfast has pretty much nothing to eat. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in

We were on the main floor.. children were running up and down the hallways screaming..i had to go to the hallway and shush them. The evening checkin was great, the morning.. front desk attendants were absent... poor ladies were runnong around doing everything. Obviously not enough staff to maintain breakfast area and front desk and everything else. Ladies were friendly though. The bathroom tub doesnt drain while showering. We didnt complain to the front desk because they were busy enough in the morning.We wont stay there again.

My recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Hinton was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this property fell far short of even basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, and service. The staff was not at all welcoming, Upon check-in, the front desk staff were curt and unhelpful, barely acknowledging me as they fumbled through the process. There is a continuous beeps from the fire alarm overnight which ruined my sleep for the whole stay. I informed this to front desk staff and they are expecting me to pull the alarm cap since I am taller than him. Finally, the battery was replaced but that didn’t help. On top of this, the room itself was a disaster. The queen bed, which should have been a centerpiece of comfort, was anything but. It was so delicate that it swayed and creaked with the slightest movement, making an incessant, jarring noise — the sleep was impossible. I have captured videos of this annoying experience but it seems like I can attach only photos. This stay was a masterclass in disappointment.
