I had 4 hotels In Japan during my vocation. I paid ¥4600.00 for 2 person luxury hotel breakfast but not was good like Hiroshima Washington Hotel. And staff was helpful. But my room windows was looking to Parkin lot wall and outside was little noisy. Couple dust wool flying in the room may be coming from AC.

I booked this hotel for a concert which was located really close to the Parco. Regardless of concert it's walkable distance to a lot of things including the Hiroshima park memorial and was easy to get to from Hiroshima station by bus.
