A wonderful location so close to Dark Mofo action , but just far enough out of the ruckus. Suites were warm, tasteful decor, clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the parking is pretty woeful to access. It’s an engineered stacking system that really is only suited to small cars which they don’t tell you at time of booking, I got a phone call re the parking the day before trip. I had already hired a car at that stage. Upon arrival at airport the car I was given was slightly larger than the one booked, still classed as a small/med car. It was so hard to reverse in I almost had a panic attack about scratching the hire car. I went to car hire next day to swap for a smaller car as parking on street in Salamanca is not an option.

Stylish, comfortable, and spacious apartment. Very convenient walking distance to Hobart, Salamanca, and Battery Point. The cleaners not only had the place sparkling, they were also very welcoming and hospitable. Only concern was the limited parking. Looking forward to returning! Thank you 😊

Make sure you specify the room config again!!

Great location, modern property however we did not get the King Bed room as booked. This was a real issue as we had a 3 night stay. We travel extensively and have never had this issue before.

Lovely area

Check in was a bit tricky as we had a late flight and no one was on reception but we figured it out. Street parking was good. Walk to a few amazing restaurants. Room is fabulous!

I chose this property due to its proximity to places of interest at the Hobart waterfront. It is only about 150 metres from Salamanca shopping / eating precinct and a similar distance to the wharf area. There are plenty of historic places around Battery point , which is well worth visiting. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Small (22 rooms) and quite nice botique hotel very close to the piers of Hobart. Was happy to have kitchenette for the morning. Room was bigger then most you'll stay in.

I got upgraded to the loft penthouse with a spa - loved it! And its in such a great spot, close to the Salamanca market and great restaurants, cafes and only a few minutes to walkto the Mona Roma Ferry.
