The noisiest room I’ve ever had.

I’m certain other rooms were fine but sadly room 115 was a nightmare. Everything made noise and we couldn’t get the tv to work. It was a quick nights sleep so I didn’t press changing rooms since I’d already sat on the bed. The toilet’s tank leaked into the toilet so every few minutes it would refill, the refrigerator made a lot of noise so we turned it off. The clock had a static flowing through the speaker so unplugged it then the heater sounded like someone was scratching on the outside vents when it was running. I managed to fall asleep when everything was off. The front desk wasn’t staffed at 7:30-8am when we headed out or I would have had them write up a work order. The breakfast was cereal, mini muffins and coffee from what I saw. Nothing I needed.

Bathroom sink backing up, water sat all night in sink. Had to wash hands in tub. Oh, shower curtain were nasty (dirty) all yellow/ brown/ red. Just cleanliness was not good. Oh yeah, blood stain on bed covers (blanket).

Completely disgusted by this hotel. They have a bed bug infestation in the rooms. After sleeping in the room and waking up the next morning my husband and I found bed bugs crawling all over us and biting my husband throughout the night. We brought this to the employees attention to be told there is nothing he can do about it and that he would not contact a manager. Before even being able to walk back to the room to pack to the leave the employee was already grabbing fresh bedding to hide the infestation from the next guest. Whatever you do don’t stay here unless you wish to be attacked by bed bugs all night.

There was a barking dog in the room next to us that barked at every noise all night. There was a cockroach in the bathroom that ran into a hole behind the toilet. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I picked this room based on location and low price so I didn’t expect it to be perfect. The sheet had a stain on it the size of a quarter and there was a hair on the pillow. The room had several drywall water damage spots in the bathroom.

They have a trash bed which has a loud, loud noise upon sitting on it. Wakes everyone up. Horrible night's rest, terrible breakfast. Just an awful place.
