We will never stay here again. Staff was incredibly rude, specifically Sara (who worked in the restaurant) and Alberto (who was a manager). We used to love bringing our family to this hotel, but after this recent stay, we will NEVER be back

The staff at Hampton Inn Holland were incredibly rude. From the front desk to Sara in the bar, they were very unwelcoming. They micromanaged so much that it made the stay unenjoyable. We will never stay at this location again.

We love staying at the Hampton for a night once in awhile. We live local but love with my son to swim in the pool and play the couple arcade games and ping pong. The make your own waffle station for breakfast is his absolute favorite! Staff is always helpful and friendly as well.

We took a short Spring Break trip to Holland Michigan and stayed at the Hampton Inn. Great hotel, clean facilities, nice arcade, great pool and hot tub. We loved the coffee/tea area in the lobby and the free breakfast was even better than expected. Room was clean and had super comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

This is my 2nd time coming here and I will always book this hotel. The place is clean, you actively see staff cleaning all the time, picking up and seeing if you need anything! The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable!! The front desk staff never lets me down. Fast check in, kindess and funny whenever I have questions or need something!

I will start with all the good, because there is only one negative in my truthful opinion. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Everything was well cooked and the serving area was large and clean so lots of room to maneuver. Awesome seating options around the restaurant, with second floor seating which is pretty cool. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature. The hot tub was so relaxing and clean. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. We got there a little bit early and the woman at the front desk was so polite and even let us check in early, which gave us more time in the pool! The hotel was clean and everyone was very kind. The restaurant food was delicious, I highly recommend the Italian sub. And now the one negative… The arcade was lacking. I think more than half the games were out of order and that was a big bummer since that’s one of the reasons we chose to stay there. If you are going to offer an arcade room as an amenity, you have got to do better than that. Otherwise …everything else was A !!!!!.
