La Playita is situated in a small, 7-unit complex, on a quiet dead-end street in the heart of Holmes Beach. The gorgeous white sand beaches of Anna Maria are a mere 2 minute walk from your front door! There is a large heated pool in the middle of this quaint complex, with plenty of seating options around its paver deck.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Great location. Pool was awesome. We wished there was a balcony large enough to sit comfortably on. Had an issue with the Dryer, but Leah helped us get it resolved. The townhouse style was nice, but we do prefer a one floor layout.

What a Wonderful Vacation Home!

If you are looking for a rental condo for vacation, this is the place! Very nice, lots of room, especially the master suite upstairs, and the living room. Great kitchen, has everything and beyond you will need to cook. Great location as well, as it is a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and sparkling. The cleanliness was great as well. To round out this review, I cannot say enough about this lovely place on Anna Maria Island!

Close to the Beach

Our condo was a great place to stay on AMI. The kitchen was well stocked, including both a regular and Keurig coffee machine. The location was great with a very short walk to the beach. The pool at the condo is very nice but also quite deep. It may not be the best for very small children. Overall, we really liked the place and would rent it again.

Spring break

We loved our spring break vacation! This property is in a great location- short walk to beach and to Publix, CVS and Skinny’s! Our condo was perfect for our family of 4. We have 2 teenage girls so 2nd bathroom is a necessity! The condo was in good condition and clean. The pool was well maintained. We rented bikes and beach chairs with umbrella for the week- it was great to have and allowed us to see more of the island. We would definitely stay here again- thank you

Great time! Great location! Close to the beach!

We had a wonderful experience here. Plenty of room for a family to move around. Condo was very well set up and have a very nice beach vibe. Very clean as well. Very close to a lot of things within walking distance for food and groceries. Pool was great. We found that we enjoyed the pool a lot more than the beach at times because it was protected from the wind and it was heated. There is an a room you can access down in the garage areas which is nicely well-stocked with chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Key worked a little funny in the lock fyi. Nice quiet little area but still close to everything. Very safe location as well. Check in could Use some improvement. I would’ve preferred just going directly to the condo versus a mile away to the office where you have to collect the keys. It can be difficult when there is a exodus of people coming and leaving the island on Saturdays. It added an extra 20 to 30 minutes for us to go over to the office and grab the keys. You also have to drop the key is at the office when done. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a great time.

Comfortable & as advertised. The only downside was the red tide, which is obviously no one’s fault, and the lack of a cable to be able to use the DVD player. Clean pool, close to everything, well equipped and the beach themed furnishings were as photographed . All supplies for bbq and even some children’s toys were supplied. Rental agents were extremely helpful from solving our cable problem to sending us to some great places to eat. Very enjoyable week.
