The location of this property is very convenience. There is a Victoria Park across the street, and a shopping mall with various restaurants across the street as well. A MRT subway station a block away, and a supermarket is within the block. In addition, it is very close to the tram, buses, and minibus. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, and their buffet restaurant offers a wide varieties of intentional dishes during breakfast hours (we only tried their breakfast buffet). Room are spacious and clean as well. House keeping services are offered daily.

Service was generally very good, breakfasts very comprehensive and rooms good too. Small improvements could be made to a faster check-in; the toilet seat was very hard, poorly fitted and very narrow. There was no 3rd bed in our room. The egg chef on the first day cooked my poached eggs to hard boiled and was not very friendly. We could not get peppermint tea on a number of occasions despite requesting them.

Convenient location. Everything you needed is just around the hotel. It is a shopping, dining and recreational area. Transportation is also easy because it is walkable to MTR station.
