The location is very good, although it's noisy by trucks, hotel engines, etc. Also, the pool is small and in the afternoon the engines beside the pool make the ambiance non appealing. Every time we entered the hotel we look at reception to say hello and they never look at us. We have to request the comp wine 3 times and when want to open it, they didn't have a wine opener. No upgrade. Room is tiny for a family. Amenities like shampoo are of very bad quality.

Very nice room, and staff was friendly. The location is fantastic. Just beware, this is in a very dense part of Waikiki and there can be quite a bit of noise outside. That's not the fault of the hotel, but realize that you're staying in a busy (and often noisy) area.

Clean and well maintained property in the heart of Wakiki. Lots of great options to eat within a 10-15 walking radius. Heavenly restaurant in the hotel is a great option, especially for breakfast

Room is smaller than expected. Bathroom floor got flooded after shower. First night we stayed at the room right next to the elevator shaft. It was so noisy, and we couldn’t change the room because it’s full. Location is great.

The staff was very friendly and professional, anything we needed or requested, they were accommodating. Our room was cleaned daily and we had no issues. I've been here before and they did an outstanding job and that's why I chose them again. Great job and when I come back to Hawaii, I'll pick them again!
