The hotel was larger than I anticipated, which was a nice surprise since space is a premium in Hawai'i. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. It is situated right between Ala Moana and the heart of Waikiki. Going in either direction, you can find restaurants and beaches. I would definitely stay there again if I return.

Everything was great we stayed in the studio and it was so spacious loved it. We did get these tiny little ants on our table and coffee table half way through the trip but I think that was from the patio door being opened a little too long. Would recommend and definitely go back parking wasn’t bad most of the time.

The room were clean and well kept. The elevators from what I was told are in the process of being renovated. That explains the blue tape to identify the different floors. I stayed there many years ago and they used to have a towel service when guests first arrive. They no loner have it. I think they should bring it back.
