Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,

instructions. We have an office located in the Waikiki Banyan which is open
9:00am to 4:00pm Mon-Sat and 12:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday if you need
assistance during your stay.
Important Notice: The Waikiki Banyan is undergoing construction, so in order
to avoid disruption to your vacation, it's possible you will be moved into a
different condo that is less impacted by the project. Renovations will be
complete in June 2021
