Nice little gem in Hot Springs! Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was fun and the jetted tub in the room was amazing! Breakfast was a nice spread! Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel appeared clean. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Descent breakfast. I stayed in room 219, immediately when I arrived late, 9:30pm, opened my room door & it smelled of mold. Appeared clean but smelled of mold. In my stay remarks I asked to please be put into a room that has never had pets etc... as I have horrible allergies & asthma to pets, dust/dander, dust mites, etc... It was late getting in, I had been driving for 7 hrs & it had been a long day. I had to get up numerous times thruout the night to use my nasal saline rinse, use my rescue inhaler & my regular inhaler. I turned the hvac unit completely OFF & literally tried to sleep with the sheet/covers over my head. I got zero sleep. I was supposed to be here for 2 days to break up my very long travel time just to get an urgent passport. I ended up checking out the next morning & canceling my room for that night. I called & told the front desk what happened. I have not been credited back for any room stay. I was miserable. Drove back home the next day after my 2 appts with passport agency & was exhausted. Still dealing with asthma after effects & breathing issues. A complete mess honestly. I'm still miserable.

We stayed in a King Suite and it was nice and roomy for us and our dog! Everything worked well. The Breakfast was always good with Biscuits n Gravy, Sausage, and a egg option. Also waffle maker, pastries, fruit and cereal. Pool looked Great but didn't have a chance to try it out. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Not likely to return.

Arrived late, Check in was easy, hotel smelled of mildew. Parking was tight and scary at night. Was given a small room, 225, Elevator, hallways and room smelled of weed. Was awakened by running and yelling at 3:06 am, and again at 4:34 am to several people beating on the door next to mine and yelling. I opened the door to address the situation and found several young men playing jokes on another room. Went to front desk to advise and was moved to small room, 425. Staff was accommodating and kind. For the price and trouble, most likely will not return to this location.

The room was clean the staff was great the parking was good but the beds were terrible they hurt when we tried to sleep they switched our room but the bed was still the same so we had to leave and cut our visit short we left at 1 in the morning the bedswere that bad you could feel the springs and it hurt to try to sleep on them

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. There were several large trucks that parked in the lot at night leaving minimal space for cars to park. The bed was nice but not as comfortable as I would have liked but I do have trouble sleeping so it could have just been me. My husband slept great.

Property was clean. Desk staff was good. Bed was a bit hard for me. Pillows were AWFUL. Air conditioner didn't blow cold enough. Would probably stay here again.
