"Varausta tehdessä luvattiin huonesiivous jokapäivä, ei toteutunut! Aamiainen hyvä sekä huone ihan ok.
Tilasimme vastaanotosta lähtö aamuksi lentokenttäkuljetuksen. Menimme n 10 min ennen lähtöä alas jolloin saimme kuulla ettei auto ole tulossa hotellille vaan meidän pitää kävellä n kilometri noutopaikkaan. Lähdimme juosten noutopaikalle jossa olimme klo 9. Autoa ei siellä ollut. Yritimme soittaa vastaanottoon, kukaan ei vastannut puheluun. Odotimme n 10-15min jonka jälkeen tilasimme itse taksin ettemme myöhästyisi lennolta. Todella pettynyt olo toimintaan!!!"
