The food was actually good, but I would have preferred scrambled eggs instead of omelets and regular sausage patties. Also, no breakfast on Christmas Day. The facility is very old—carpets, walls, and most areas feel worn and run down. Only one of the two elevators was working. The price was reasonable, but if you’re looking for a fresh, updated, and visually appealing place to stay, this isn’t it.

This was a nice looking and fairly well kept up. I would recommend the following updates though… we received the handicapped room on the second floor. The Handicapped bathtub/shower needs to be renovated. It seems safe but doesn’t look safe. I did use the shower but it was difficult to know what knob worked with what attachment. There is NO safety light in the bathroom. We had 5 total facial tissues for 2 people. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. Recommend another larger trash can in the bathroom. We learned that the second floor is where they put large groups… I will not accept the second floor again… too much noise, yelling, laughing, running, doors slamming all night long. Nice hotel, just ask for any floor above two if you want quiet.

I put in notes that my 94 year old dad would not be able to use stairs and they put us on the top third floor saying it was closest to the elevator. One elevator was already not functional. The last day the second elevator went out and my dad had to go down steps with much help. Turned around and no staff was there to help with their bags and no one would answer the front desk phone to help. We will not book again with this hotel. Was told by someone else that this had happened several times before at this hotel and not sure the first broken elevator has ever been fixed.

The carpet needs to be cleaned, the telephone lines were down, the internet didn't work the majority of the time. We used one of the meeting rooms and we left it cleaner than the way it was presented to us. The rooms need some deodorizer upon the guest(s) arrival.

Room was in great shape and so spacious! Customer Service was 100 stars upon checkin. The food at breakfast was awful did not like at all. Gravy and chicken sausages were cold and buscuits were mushy.

One elevator, with loose ceramic tiles on the floor, one ice machine for the four floors, thermostat on the wall did not work, out of orange juice for a couple days straight, property needs maintenance.
