The hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing especially the restaurant manager - he will go out of his way to make sure everything and everyone are happy. The pool is amazing and anyone with kids should stay here for the pool facilities. I am not normally a hotel person but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast in the morning has a good range of food.

Central location to the airport, discovery mall and beaches. Great for those looking for affordable accommodation near the airport. However the rooms interior decor is outdated it doesn’t reflect in comparison to other 5 or 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at over my 10 day holiday in Bali. Tv in the room has no active antenna / satellite tv connection so you can only use the on demand apps such as YouTube and or paid streaming services but must use your own streaming service account. Buffet breakfast was pretty average over my 2 nights stay there. Choices of Indian, western, chinese and Indonesian cuisine. Most of the dishes tasted bland and their tempeh was a bit firm and just didn’t taste nice at all. Other than the above issues the Pool and gym facilities are of a high standard. I suggest booking for 1 night not more to see if this hotel is right for you, especially if the price is non refundable like mine was. If I had a choice I wouldn’t of stayed for two nights Overall good location, with decent facilities but don’t expect 5 star level

The location is fine but there’s loud music in the back of the hotel coming from the beach area. You cannot aleep with all the noise. The property has no direct access to the beach so you miss the point of being in an island. Breakfast is fine and rooms are comfortable.

The hotel was clean and most staff helpful and polite. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. We originally booked this hotel as it included airport transfers but left very disappointed when we had to wait over an hour for pick and they refused to take us for our return flight as it was too early and not within their working hours. This cost us $.... So for this reason alone I would not recommend it. This should have been stated when we booked.😡

The property is listed as being a 5 Star hotel it may have been back in its day but it’s def not it’s in need of some attention and upgrades. We could not fault the staff or the service there always received welcoming smiles at breakfast and when leaving to go in or out somewhere. There is no doubt this is why the staff that work here stay for many years. The breakfast here is always good. Room service closes at 11pm so is not 24:7. Great location and pool could do with some revamp as well. Otherwise a pleasant stay for 12 days. Thank you

The resort located in Kuta is very nice. Nice pools, my room was large and overlooked the several pools area. Breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. The AC in my room was quiet and kept it cool. Room service was done every day. New towels, coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, and two water bottles daily. The staff are very nice and helpful. Many tourist stores and restaurants on the main street. Onsite parking lot is large.

Even with a 15% discount the hotel restaurant are so over priced hardly anyone eats there. The building is old, some things worked others did not. The phone rang several times during the night for no reason. Their solution was to unplug it. Dont stay here.

Perfect stay !

C’était super, toute le monde est très serviable, l’hôtel est très beau et bien tenu ! L’entretien est fait chaque jour et le petit déjeuner est fabuleux ! On a aussi fait un massage merveilleux, un des meilleurs que j’ai eu à Bali, foncez pour le prix !
