When we arrived, the rooms were all booked up and so they had to give us a room completely different than the booked one. When we entered it was musky, had dead bugs on the floor, and had no bathtub (only an ADA shower). They ended up accomodating us by sending us to a new hotel down the street that was owned by the same company and had only recently opened. The 2nd hotel was at a cheaper rate but the property manager refused to respond to Hotels.com about refunding the difference in cost.

I really liked the fact that the room actually had lights in the ceiling. Only complaint was the shower rod needed some screws. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay and awesome breakfast

I was expecting there to be a pool 😅, but there wasn’t it was my first time in Houston . But it made it up with there breakfast options, very good breakfast waffles , eggs, sweet bread ,yogurt etc. they had security cameras all over the parking lot and hotel it made me feel safe not to mention very nice lighting . Their rooms were comfortable and clean and smelled nice .. over all I had an awesome experience

Very good hotel. Breakfast is good with many options. Rooms are clean. Though people who stay in nearby rooms smoke and the smell can go to other rooms too. But that's a problem everywhere in Houston.

The good reviews on here are clearly bots. This place is AWFUL. It’s a cheap, nasty motel, not in downtown but next to a major freeway. Our vanity was stuck together with duct tape, the recessed lights didn’t work so they had a fluorescent strip light plugged in and taped to the ceiling. The place was so dirty with hair everywhere, holes in the floor and walls, missing baseboards, gum stuck to the table etc etc. The area was quite frankly scary and the smell of weed everywhere was overpowering. STAY CLEAR!!!!!
