Hotel was nice but service was terrible - requested room cleaning and clean towels all 3 days in a row and never showed up. Bathroom was in need of repair - sink wouldn’t drain - shower door was stuck on the track. Noise down the hall was over the top all hours of the night partying and music blaring. Called the front desk 7 times and no answer went down and the clerk was sitting in the conservatory room! Breakfast was ok but no meat eggs and potatoes only. Clerk advised she’d have the manager in the morning at 7am contact me still have not heard back. Would not stay again!

friendly staff, clean property and the rooms are nice and cold if need be. the showers are easy to use and theres a review game you can play. however paying for hotel breakfast everyday and having a 100 deposit on top of paying for your stay is a little crazy. aside from that overall the hotel is pretty okay!

I was skeptical based off the reviews some people saying bad things. I’m from Chicago and I was actually impressed with the hotel. The Fourier smelled good. Customer service was good and the room was clean and not run down looking well. Kept had a room on the fourth floor, everything seem fine parking was easy And right across from the hotel is a shopping center for convenience.

I had been traveling for business and used my business account to book the room. As I arrived the staff was very helpful. I ran into major problems, however, as the room didn't have hot water so I couldn't take a hot shower. There was no offer to remedy this. I came to find they charged me $50 of my damage deposit for a stain to a linen and provided an unconvincing photo where it's impossible to see an actual stain outside of shadow and lighting. I called to talk to them about this and I was kept on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. When I called back and they put me immediately on hold for another 10 minutes. I had to call back under a blocked number to get them back on the line. The photo they sent doesn't reflect an actual stain. The photo looks like a shadow to me. The person on the line couldn't reverse any charges and said they don't keep a manager on duty, nor could they tell me when a manager would be around. It is a possibility that if a stain does exist (which, is not clear in the photo) it would have been there before i arrived but because of my late arrival at i couldn't see anything in the dim room lighting. Avoid this place if you don't want erroneous charges on your room deposit.
