The wifi was down durning my stay. They electricity and water was out. Had to walk from 14 th floor all the way down using stairs. Only good thing was Lucy & Alejandra cleaning of bedroom.

Nice stay

We were greeted by friendly staff members. All the staff members we encountered were friendly. Unfortunately, one of the elevators wasn't working the day after we came which meant long waits for the elevator. Food was delicious, especially the muffins. Hotel was close to the wedding we attended to. Wish there were fast food places nearby or hotel's restaurant was opened for lunch but we snacked on food available in hotel.

Room was nicely laid out and clean. Bed was comfy. Parking was easy. My only complaint was one of the two elevators was not working the last day we were there. Otherwise, great price, great staff, and great location. Staff were very nice and personable.
