Clean room, friendly staff, didn’t realize the parking is in a garage next to the hotel. Showed up later with my medically complex daughter and made that a little difficult, other than that, very pleased with our stay.

Overall, it’s a serviceable venue — nothing special. The pool is indoors and over-chlorinated, so not much appeal. Breakfast was mediocre; I skipped it most days. Wi-Fi worked well and the cleaning staff did a solid job. Maintenance was another story. The shower dripped constantly, the shower door was rough to slide, and the coffee table pictured in the listing never materialized — which matters if you want to actually use the couch for, say, a drink or morning coffee. I reported these issues to the front desk but nothing was addressed during the week I stayed. I also dislike the extra parking charge — it feels like an unnecessary upsell, more like a resort fee than a genuine service. Overall, an unimpressive property and not up to the Hilton standard.
