The property needs to be updated. It's in a great location but the room we were in had stains everywhere. The mattress to the sofa bed was very thin and old. This app is not allowing me to upload pictures.

Great price for value

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean the travel was for a business trip, so it was nice the room had ample room. A little sitting area and a decent size desk. breakfast was good.

Maintenance and closed pool, no notice!

We were told upon arrival that the hotel was under maintenance and the pool was closed and we could cancel…I think it’s totally unreasonable to expect a family of four traveling with kids for the past 20 hours from overseas to make the call right there and then to cancel and find something else not being familiar with Houston. Really bad handling by the hotel. Had I known this upfront I would have never booked this hotel and prices were comparable at other places in the exact same area. Will not stay again and do not recommend!
