The front desk agent was super sweet and a pleasure to speak with. The property is undergoing renovations, so I understand that the transition process can be messy. The room I was assigned was subpar. The curtains were torn, the sheets had stains or were worn out and thin. The bathroom was nice. The bed was okay. Remnants of old photos that used to hang on the wall. Will try again once renovations are complete.

Overall the stay was ok. However, it needs to focus on improving customer service, both by phone with reservations and shuttle bus pickup information and in person while staying there. It also needs to improve room conditions and facility cleanliness. The assigned room was at first not in the clean condition and after asking for change, it got bit better but the lighting does not work.

I booked this hotel in a rush after my flight was canceled and I needed a place to stay. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and the information displayed on Orbitz was inaccurate. The hotel does not have a pool as advertised. The room had old, dirty carpet, was not properly cleaned, and had a bad odor. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy staying there. The transportation service from the airport to the hotel (and back) was also a major issue. The drivers were careless and even got into arguments with other drivers in traffic. It’s not a direct ride — they use a shared shuttle that makes multiple stops at different hotels, which was not clearly communicated. Overall, I felt unsafe and do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The overall atmosphere felt dark and dingy, and the hallway on my floor reeked of an overpowering cologne scent that made it hard to breathe. The carpets in the hallway were visibly dirty, and the room itself had a strong musty odor that made it feel unclean and humid. I would not recommend staying here until they address the cleanliness and air quality issues.
