The ac unit would not word, called front desk - answer. Cleaned the room as stains and spills were still on dresser and counter. If we weren’t in desperation due to funeral we would have made other arrangements. But if you aren’t desperate, I wouldn’t stay here. Also. The food was not prepared thoroughly, potatoes and eggs were cold and not thoroughly cooked

Great customer service, easy check in, clean room.. only issue was the pool . It’s labeled as a heated pool. We only used it once because it was in fact not heated.. we asked the front desk if they could adjust the pool temperature. We were told no because “the pool room gets warm”. That was very unfortunate. next visit to Houston will be in the summer when we can get an outdoor pool in the sun.

Room was clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. Parking was great and I was happy it was gated. We were over charged though for the pet fee. On the website it said it was $25 per accommodation per night. We had two dogs and they took $103 for one night. When asked they said it was $25 per pet per night. Still didn’t clarify why the took the extra $53. She said she didn’t see the charge on the account. If it is still there in a few days I will just despute it with my bank. These hotels need to make sure the information on here is correct. I don’t expect hotels.com to check with every hotel they have on here.
