There were baby roaches all over the bathroom. Every time I turned on the lights in the bathroom, you can see them on the ground. Will never stay at a La Quinta again.

The clean staff was horrible I put in since day one to clean and remake the beds and for the past 3 days out of my 4days. I HAVE BEEN MAKING MY OWN BED AND TAKING OUT MY OWN TRASH. I went to the front desk to talk about it but didn’t seem it was an issue. Today the cleaning lady started knocking around 7:50AM TO come in clean I was woking up to early I got up opened the door and she was 3 doors away I did try calling her and she gave me a ugly look and gave me a hand gesture basically telling me to fu** off. It should feel like a vacation but honestly it really hasn’t feeling stressed going back up stairs back down stairs to let them know. And the people are the breakfast you ask for something and it’s whatever, another person from a different race goes and it’s important. Felt like racism. I do think I should get some refund back it’s been a headache
