We got stuck in Houston for 3 night due to Winter Storm Fern so we stayed here. Clean and safe rooms with excellent staff. Not much to do within walking distance especially in the cold which didn’t bother us as we hired a car. We would defiantly stay again if we ever had another big lay over.

Great room. Easy location to airport. Website says shuttle starts at 5, per hotel its 6 or 630, so youll need an Uber or Lyft if you have an early morning flight. Excellent and inviting outdoor area. Complemtary laundry. Great hotel

This is a new hotel- but for 2 days no one came in to clean .. staff at the front desk were ok.. but the one with the breakfast was wonderful she made sure everyone knows where and what food is being served. The bed was the best!

Room was super clean as well as the hotel itself. Breakfast is amazing and all the staff was friendly. Airport shuttle is a big plus. Also the shuttle will take you to any destination within 5 miles of hotel.

The initial impressions of the room were "wow", the room is a suite so the bedroom is separate than a living room and a full sized kitchen with full sized fridge/microwave/dishwasher. The room though is awkward, there is an HVAC room inside that can get noisy, the washroom design is poor, the toilet/shower is behind a closed door but the sink is outside so if someone is sleeping and wants to wash their hands/brush teeth there is no privacy. Breakfast options were plenty, all their staff were friendly, they had a shuttle available to the airport, we decided to leave before our booked time and they were happy to accommodate. Also the area of the hotel is quiet so there is absolutely no noise. We only stayed one night, maybe I'll be back if we can justify the washroom design.

This place seems popular with traveling nurses likely due to. It’s free shuttle and proximity to the airport. I arrived late and found the staff to be generally apathetic. I suppose that this price you shouldn’t expect much in the way of service.
