Pool and hot tub closed which is what we came for so we wanted to cancel our hotel and find one with a pool. No manager on sight till tomorrow so they can’t refund me. Tomorrow I have to call again and start the whole process. So frustrating

We booked this room in advance with the expectations of using the hot tub and pool. Not did Expedia's or Windham's website say the pool are was going to be under construction and not available during our visit. When entering the room we found the heat wasn't on and it was below 50* in the room and took over an hour to warm the room up. The head boards had a heavy layer of dust on them enough to write your name on them. Mirrors in bathroom and entryway had smudge marks on them.The clocks were still set on "spring" ahead time which tells me this room hasn't been looked at for quite some time. Disappointed, stayed at Windham in the past and didn't have this experience.
