Room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. Dennis and the team were excellent. New ownership so updates are in progress but, nothing to deter a wonderful stay. Have loved this property and location for 20 years now.

One night stay for a wrestling tournament. Overall clean, close too restaurants, breakfast in a bag to go since their lobby area is being remodel. Staff was nice and attentive. I asked for double beds one bed was full and second was a queen. I thought that was interesting but it worked for 3 people.

My stay at best Western was very good. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful checking me in late last night. I have a quiet room in the back of the hotel and it was perfect. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, large, and had two sitting chairs which came in handy. The floor is a tile throughout. The room has a microwave and refrigerator, which came in very handy. I would have preferred some carpet around the bed area, it helps to keep things quieter if one person is sleeping. Unfortunately, the lobby was under construction so the there really was NO included breakfast.

Centrally located in HB you definitely need a rental car to stay here if you are planning on surfing at HB. The lobby was being renovated when we were there but staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything new towels / blankets. Slight musty odor in one corner of the room (i am very sensitive ) but i think they are renovating all the rooms too so that will probably be fixed. Kids couldn't use hot tub because it was raining out but they used other times and enjoyed. The only thing i missed was a kettle in the room. But there was a coffee maker. Overall for what you get and the price it was enjoyable.

This hotel is terrible… The elevator and room smelled musty and moldy, and there was condensation on the window on the inside. The water in the shower took forever to get hot and once it was hot it only stayed hot for about five minutes so we ended up having to go to relatives house to take showers. The sink in the bathroom had low water pressure. when we complained about it, they sent a maintenance person up who just said the water got hot, but dismissed us when we told him that it didn’t say hot and we weren’t able to take a shower. As for the low water pressure in the sink, he told us that there was one water tank for the entire hotel… Really? We decided not to stay the entire time and when we went to the front desk to tell them, we were checking out early and we wanted to refund for the last night. They told us they couldn’t do that because we had prepaid. They dismissed us and told us they couldn’t help us. I highly suggest that no one stays here.
