I loved the staff, but for the huge hotel bill…I am quite disappointed with some of the details: My family and I have been staying at the JW Marriott for over 10 years- since it first opened. As usual, the staff was amazing- in fact better than ever. The location and luxurious setting as usual speaks positively for itself. However there were some serious issues this time which I think need to be addressed especially for such an expensive hotel. AMENITIES Of the 2 showers in the ladies change room in the swimming pool area- one was broken and didn’t work, the other never got hot. The same problem with some of the room showers- (we went with a large group- complaints all around). The hot tub was also not working some of the time… IMPORTANT-The icy steel handles leading into outdoor water facilities caused cuts and tears on our kids hands (my daughter’s hand tore open in several places and had to be professionally bandaged by the hotel medic)… this could have been prevented- and handles should have been wrapped in rubber… IN ROOM In room sofa bed (they knew we needed to use it) missing sheets, pillows, blankets The kitchen looks great… but no pots to cook with… PARKING: why charge for parking? We are not in the city… this is a large property with huge parking space and nothing around…. Surely for the huge hotel bill, parking should be included. I think the hotel needs some more attention paid to the details in order to justify charging such large resort fees.

​My experience was mediocre and did not feel like a good value for the money. The resort lacked adequate family entertainment and "fun" factors. While the staff was okay, the facilities need attention—specifically regarding cleanliness in common areas. ​Inside the room, the beds were uncomfortable, and the balcony doors were sealed shut despite the heating not regulating properly. For a luxury price, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and engagement.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We went there in the coldest weather and the outdoor hot spa was just amazing. The only downside was that the room was not really soundproof. There were some guests partying over midnight and it was really noisy and annoying to us.

The staff is amazing!! Me and my husband had such a beautiful time. The food was delicious, the spa was so relaxing. The king suite was so comfortable, and all the activities you can do in the area kept us busy. There was never a dull or stressful moment staying here. I loved it and we will definitely be coming back.
