Room was disgusting. The entire building smelled so bad. I called expedia right after entering the room. It was unacceptable. The conversation was a disaster. Ended up leaving. We didn't stay here. The phones at the front desk were not even connected. I had to pay for the night even though we didn't stay. Avoid this place like the plague!

We did not stay at the hotel, I asked for my money back. They put us in a deserted wing of the hotel. It looks like people live there in the hotel. Room was very sketchy and the screens were hanging half off the windows. We felt nervous to stay here. The manager said he would refund our money back on to the credit card we used to pay at the property. The pictures they show you are not what you see when you get there. Again, I did not stay at this property. Sorry

The room was not the cleanest and there were garbage bags and old chairs in the hall, but it reminds me of what my dad used to say "you'll get what you pay for" it was inexpensive, so I understood.

Shower head needs an update. Long black hairs found on the bed, in the towels and all over the bathroom counter and floor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The bed was very comfy and clean other than the hair at the bottom of the bed on top of the blanket. Pillows were the best part of our stay.

Area is beautiful but hotel needs updating

Staff were nice but the hotel is showing its age and needs updating. Walls in the room were noticeably patched and carpet and furnishings were very worn. Window screens had large holes. We booked for 3 people but only 2 sets of towels were provided and no floor mat so we used a hand towel on the floor and my husband and I shared towels. The area was nice though and near a beautiful river walk across from the temple.

We were very disappointed the room we selected was not available upon check in so we went to another room. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the light was burnt out in the main area of the room. Over the room did not look like the pictures.

At least the bed was comfy.

Our 1st room was not clean as I would have preferred it, so we were given a different room. That one had issues as well, but we just lived with it. Bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep.

No one was at the counter for check in. We arrived at 9p and waited 15 min before some one helped us and then we had to wait to even get a clean room. Room looked dingy and bed sheets looked unclean, floor was dirty and there was only one trash can in the whole room. The iron board was broken, the shower knob was so hard to turn to hot shower. Anyone with arthritis would never be able to turn the shower on. Breakfast was okay. Overall it was just a place to lay our heads for one night it will probably not be back.

The room was absolutely disgusting! There was hair on the toilet. There was long female hairs in the towels. There was a nasty stain and sweat marks on the sheets - obviously not changed from the last person slept in the bed. The shower was dirty. There table has food crumbs and was dirty. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! I pulled up the google reviews for the last couple months and they were exactly the same as my situation! I will never stay here again and I suggest everyone not to as well. Horrible experience!

Beautiful views. The shower had mold soap scum that came off with a wipe of a washcloth. No conditioner in the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. Overall for the price it was decent. They have a sticker on the mirror saying they clean to hospital grade standards. The outside property had trash on the ground, But trash cans were over flowing. The entrance into the building was beautiful and clean. It seemed like breakfast was being taken down by 7:30 am. However i didn’t see the hours breakfast was served.

We stayed for a week at this establishment. Sausage and eggs everyday, waffle batter is watered down and out completely by 8 am and blamed on the buses that arrive daily full of tourists for eating too much (how about plan better right?), no yogurt or oatmeal or fruit, watered down coffee, very dirty floors in the room, safe that’s not working, stained sheets and towels - I can go on and on. Bottom line, NOT RECOMMENDED.
