I was tricked by the photos online, thinking the rooms were clean and roomy. I was surprised the humid smell mixed with chlorine until I saw the small swimming pool located in the center of the first floor. But that was not it - mold was noticeable beneath the fresh paint of the room ceiling. The towels not only smelled moldy, but also shedded terriblly - it took a few minutes to remove the link off my skin. It was over 80 degrees that day. The staff were not friendly, or enjoying what they were doing. They were not interested in offering information about the hotel's history, or interacting with guests. When I asked about breakfast, the front desk answered that "The hotel is owned by a private owner and would like people to pay" - is any hotel in the US not privately owned?! When I leave feedback, I want to be fair. In this case, the only thing positive I can think of is the presure of the tap water. Be careful when you turn it on. :-)

This hotel is a really weird design. The rooms face an inside courtyard with a pool and sitting areas. Because of the layout it was noisy all night with people in the pool, dancing and just kids running around screaming. Not to mention the curtains didn’t close very snug so you felt like everyone at the pool or walking by could look into your room. The room decor and furnishings are very dated and kinda grimy. Was not happy with the place. The front desk girl, I think her name was Jill was extremely friendly and obviously an asset to the place.

Terrible hotel. Falling apart, needs updated and many things fixed. Roof was leaking everywhere and smelled like mildew. Couldn’t wait to leave, glad it was only for a night.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean but damp or humid like it was near the pool but it wasn't. Ovrrall clean and fine for sleeping but overpriced. TV was directTV - old and limited channels. Couldn't evenwatch local ball game before meeting friends.

Worst hotel I’ve ever paid for.

The service at this hotel was great, front desk was very helpful and polite. However, the room was straight up gross, there was leftover green glitter all over the room, beer bottle rings left on counters, the chair in the room had a HUGE still wet stain on it, the shower had someone’s hair in it, and there were no clean towels available. My family of three had to split two for the whole trip, there ice machine was also broken, and so was the washing machine. To top it all off, I almost burned my mouth brushing my teeth because the water was coming out boiling hot. The pool was nice. That’s literally it. Honestly, will I ever stay here again? Absolutely not. Do I think anyone else should? No. Save your money, at $130 a night, get a motel, it most likely will be cleaner.

Comfortable, friendly

The hallways smelled like mildew and chlorine, from the indoor pool. But the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We wish they provided free breakfast like other hotels near them. But we appreciated the 24 hour coffee and tea service.
