I enjoyed my stay, the property was clean, great location, short walk to most places I went to during my stay. The staff was very friendly, most importantly Rylie (excuse me if I spelled that incorrectly). She was very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and had made time to chat with us for a bit, she made sure we had everything we needed during the stay.

Horrible experience

On the first night the room had no heat. Unpacking was already done, and had traveled almost four hours. They wanted to switch rooms, but was too tired for the nonsense. Switched rooms the next day, and was moved into a room whereby the television did not work. Ended up moving into another room. The stay was not pleasant, and I was not compensated properly by the hotel for my disappointment…

The staff were all amazing. The stay overall was good. It is downtown but walking to many of local restaurants and attractions was not ideal. I took a Lyft everywhere for the most part. (The prices were reasonable.)

I asked for housekeeping when I checked in. No one cleaned my room during my stay. No new coffee. Breakfast choices were very limited and I did not care for my food both days. Bathroom door frame is molded and needs painting. Sink on vanity is cracked. Great location and easy access to mall and restaurants.
