Waited in the lobby (with my dog) for ten minutes while the employee was on the phone. My booking was confirmed as pet friendly, the sign outside boasted pet friendly, employee finally gave me my key (to the second level), and as I was walking back outside to gather my things he told me they were not pet friendly. I told him everything says pet friendly, and my booking was for a pet friendly room, otherwise I never would have booked it. He corrected himself and said the second floor was not pet friendly, then continued to argue until finally giving me a room on the first floor. Later that evening (close to 10:00), he called my room and told me neighbors were complaining about my dog barking. There were no neighbors on either side of my room, and my dog was not barking. I told him that she was not barking, and that he'd be able to hear it through the phone if she was, instead of apologizing, or handling it any other way, he repeatedly told me to "Just take care of the barking" (that wasn't happening). The wi-fi was a joke, only one bar, if you were lucky. I ended up needing to use a hotspot on my phone to get any work done. They only give you one key, which is annoying when you have more than one person staying in the room. There also wasn't any extra toilet paper in the room, and the roll that was in there was more than halfway used. Overall not a great experience.
