Things were too bad, the door to the room was very difficult to open, but I managed. This lamp was missing one side of the bed (the side I usually sleep on). The exhaust fan in the bathroom was connected to the main light and every time it came on it was very loud. Then this morning when I went to take a shower the knob to turn the water on didn't work, even after "I" tighten the screw on it. So NO shower for me this morning. I know the building is old but I think the maintenance people need to be checking things out better.

The place needs maintenance in every level. Very poor workmanship in everything. Doors don't close or open properly. Nothing works right on the plumbing department. The paint and the caulking on the walls is terrible. The bathtubs are peeling off. Phone did not work. Windows were disgusting filthy. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Disgusting hotel. Looked horrible, smelled horrible, bums on drugs in parking lot. Front desk lady hard to understand. Paper work they want you to sign is incorrect. Fire alarms go off. My family ended up leaving directly after checking in and after fire department left and we went to another hotel. I need a refund

Would never ever stay here again. Dirty, smelled like weed everywhere, not safe, parking lot was disgusting, pool was so packed no one else would fit, language barrier with staff and people were letting large groups in side doors that weren’t guests.

Drug deals in parking lot No pool access until 3 pm then all the locals come take over and the rooms are dirty floors sticky no extra linens no water to shower the last day breakfast was cereal and expired milk and nasty plastic tasting boiled eggs and toast , cars racing in parking lot Prostitution going on in back parking lot prostitutes approach guests when you walk to your car or walk around absolutely nothing to do to entertain your children until 3pm. All games missing pieces and pool closed until 3PM. THE GRILL IS AMAZING FOR FOOD.

Its too bad....

Jacuzzi tub broke almost immediately so they moved us to the next room with a jacuzzi....very inconvenient to pack p all our stuff and move it late at night. I would have preferred a refund and be able to go to bed instead of move all my stuff. And the hot tub at the property was broken as well... This property could be amazing, it definitely needs fresh vision...
