Heater didn’t seem to work in room, stayed @66 degrees despite moving to 71. floors were freezing! Especially bathroom. Wood planks were pulling up near bed and a tripping hazard. Room was a very long walk on the other side of the building. Room was quiet. Coffee shop is useless when no one there to run it even @930 in the morning?? Annoying issue for sure!

The tv didn’t work properly. Sound went in and out and didn’t match with the picture. Restaurant/bar was said to be open until 11 but was closed at 10. Overall the room just felt dated. Check in process was great.
