SNA Airport stay

Quick overnight, departing early the next morning from John Wayne airport. Property is conveniently located to airport, quiet, clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was; there is not a restaurant on property, but many with a 2 mile radius. The hotel offers airport shuttle, something which has all but gone away.

Did we leave a suitcase in your room?

Very good experience overall. Except for one night when someone tried to break into my hotel room, it was a bit unsettling. The front desk called my room, asking if there was a suitcase left in there from the previous occupant. Of course there was none. Then there was a knock on the door from a couple who again tried to get into my room at almost midnight asking if there was a suitcase left in there. It startled me, and I assured them there was nothing in the room. If you left something in the room after you checked out, shouldn’t you have gone to the front desk to ask if there was an item that you left behind instead of coming up to the room you were in to try to get in? Overall, was a beautiful space and I enjoyed my stay. Except for that little hiccup, which was very interesting.

For the price in OC AIrport area, it is the best value of any we have stayed at. Accommodations were real good. Only complaints were the pool needs to be heated and the elevator is slow and you are constantly waiting with many others and STAFF. Need a 2nd elevator just for staff.

Like the location and the cleanliness. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was quite good. I enjoyed the coffee. The only negative was that only 1 elevator was working the entire 4 days we were there, so it was a bit of a wait. We had a dog with us and our room was on the 4th floor, so it was a hassle when we needed to take the dog out for his business. The parking was full one of the nights, but after talking to the staff, they moved a hotel vehicle and gave us the parking spot.

Very nice but soft mattress

Nice reception staff. Hotel very clean, great large room. Great lamps with outlets and USB ports. The towels and toiletries set up perfectly. The linens were very nice. Only disappointment was a soft mattress. Not like plush soft more like no support soft. Out of synch with how nice everything was
