We really enjoyed our stay here. Great staff. Room was quite large with fridge, sink, and small stove. Very comfortable and clean. We used their kayak (they have 1) and paddleboard, also borrowed their bikes for an afternoon ride. Great pool. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, toast, and cereal; exactly what I'd expect for a grab-and-go breakfast. It's location is central to all we wanted to do. I'd gladly stay here again.

My sheet had stains and the curtains had blood stain as well I asked for towels and they told me I had to Go get my used ones turn them in and they will Give me knew ones. I thought that was odd I they could had given clean ones and pick up The dirty ones

While we did like our stay and the staff was helpful and friendly, we have two things we would like to mention. First off, it was difficult to relax in the pool or along the water because the facility’s music was always playing at a loud volume through the fake rock speakers. The one time we were outside and music wasnt playing, the atmosphere was so much more relaxing. Secondly, the wifi did not work more than a minute or two at a time. We mentioned it to one of the staff and he said others had mentioned the same problem. He said we should have been taken to a login page, while the AI text robot you are greeted with, said you should be able to click on the network and did not need a password. Third, there is no elevator. Get ready to pull your heavy suitcases upstairs. And finally, the AC is cold, the showers hot, and the beds are mostly comfortable.

Nos alojamos en una de las villas, la cual es una de las habitaciones más caras. No tenía vista directa a la playa, el cuarto estaba sucio y una de las camas estaba rota. Tuvimos vecinos ruidosos toda la noche y se hace difícil contactar al front desk porque trabajan hasta las 8 y simplemente no te contestan. El olor a marihuana constante de en el hotel es insoportable.

Two night stay . Advertised paddle boards and kayaks but although front desk employee was nice she didn’t get up or go out of her way to offer much additional info on anything. Never saw the kayaks or paddle boards and wasn’t an actual beach right there so no clue where you go to do that. Heard another customer say they were told one kayak was broke? Also had to put key in the wall to power certain thinks which is fine and we figured it out but would’ve taken less time if she explained that. She was very nice at checking though.

I stayed at this hotel from August 30 – September 1 and was extremely disappointed. The hotel was overbooked, forcing me to park in front of the entrance instead of the advertised boat trailer parking. On Saturday, two guest groups nearly got into a fight over marina slips, creating an unsafe environment. Staff allowed jet skis to continue using the marina past the posted 8:00 p.m. closing time, causing loud disturbances. On Sunday, I could not launch my boat due to jet skis blocking the ramp, and staff were unhelpful — one even said, “Yeah sure, I don’t care — I need coffee” when asked about parking. The room was also in poor condition: water damage along the baseboards, rust on shower tiles, and cracks with water damage on the ceiling above the bed. I checked out early around 2:00 p.m. because I could not tolerate the stay any longer. Overall, this was a very unsafe and poorly managed hotel. I cannot recommend it

Overall the property was nice, but other than that it was bad. there was no shade at the pool, looked like the umbrellas that were in the stands had been removed, we never had coffee in the room after being told they were working on it for days. There was no staff on site or by phone between 8:00 pm and 8:00am We saw a guest literally have to break into his room and another group get into a fight that kept many of us up. People were in the pool and playing loud music till very late at night even though it was closed at 8:00 pm and the staff would only clean rooms by request.

Nice Resort But Best for Boat Owners

We booked a waterfront king suite with a balcony and kitchenette, which was very spacious. The room was very clean and convenient. The "living room" had a sofa and tv and was located next to the balcony. The kitchenette was between the living area and bedroom, opposite the bathroom, which also had a tv. It would have been perfect if not for 2 issues. Firstly, the shower curtain rod was incorrectly installed too high, so that there was a space of about 1" between the bottom of the curtain and the shower pan, allowing water to escape onto the bathroom floor. It was clear from the condition of the vinyl floor tiles and the bottom edge of the bathroom door that this has been a long-term, ongoing problem. Thankfully, we were provided with enough towels to mop up the flooded floor so as to avoid injury. Secondly, the mattress is BADLY in need of IMMEDIATE replacement. The springs were so worn out on my side that they squeaked and groaned with each tiny movement and felt like I was lying in a hole, and I am not heavy. My interactions with the lady at the front desk when I inquired about the location of the ice machine led me to believe that alerting her to my room issues would prove futile. Luckily, these issues didn't greatly impact our enjoyment of the property. The swimming pool, although small, was pleasant and not busy, since most guests spent the day on their boats or jet skis. The breakfast was grab and go continental, which was fine. Overall it was a nice stay
