It is very wide, featuring rolling dunes, and is known as a shell hunter's paradise. After a morning of playing in the surf, your family will find that Shipwatch has one of the best swimming pools in the community. Surrounded by Travertine Tile and numerous pool loungers, Shipwatch features two swimming pools including a special kids pool. A kids’ playground is yet another special feature of Shipwatch!

415 B Shipwatch sets the standard for beach vacation comfort and fun! The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all-new cookware. Every room is beautifully decorated. All three bedrooms are here for your comfort, each with its’ own bathroom, fine linens, and new bedding. Flat-screen TV's in every bedroom. The foyer, kitchen, dining, and living area have all recently been professionally renovated and feature large tile flooring, new stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The dining room table will be able to welcome your entire family with seating for six. After a day swimming in the sea or the spacious pool, your family will enjoy relaxing in the living room where each piece is custom designed for comfort by one of the local leaders of interior design. When it is time to retire, your family will appreciate the bedding options as they gear up for the next day’s adventures. The lower level of Shipwatch 415B features a queen bed and a newly renovated private bathroom. The upper level of the home features a guest bedroom with a king bed and the master bedroom offers a king. The master bathroom is one of the unique features of a Shipwatch Condominium with a large vanity just off the bedroom with the shower in a separate room adjacent to the vanity. Heavy curtains are featured in each bedroom so that the sun will not interfere with a late morning if the sea is not calling you as the sun rises. The view of the Atlantic is simply breathtaking from the master bedroom.

With a 'convenient to everything' geography and a four-season climate, Wild Dunes is not just an ideal location for a family beach week but it's also perfect for almost any type of getaway, from a golf outing to a girls-only weekend. The resort is home to two Tom Fazio-designed golf courses. If you need a rainy-day activity scenic Charleston is 20 minutes away with easy access to museums, culinary tours, and a fantastic aquarium. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
