Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class offers 48 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars (stocked with some free items) and a safe. This individually decorated accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes day beds. Select Comfort beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. LCD televisions come with premium satellite channels. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit with a rainfall showerhead, slippers, designer toiletries and complimentary toiletries.

Highly recommended. The hotel is in a tree lined street and feels very safe even at night. They gave us a free room upgrade facing the street. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Free breakfast at the rooftop restaurant gives a clear view of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Bosphorus Strait!!' Excellent location with major sights and tram stations within 5-10min walk. Alot of dining options nearby. Ross Kebab House next door has delicious local food and gives free baklava and tea. Sur Doner Shawarma along the main road has delicious beef doner for $7.

Our family of seven stayed at Sultanhan Hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, yet the hotel feels quiet and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace with its city views made breakfast each morning unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to help with taxis, recommendations, and making sure our older parents were comfortable. If you are visiting Istanbul, this hotel is the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Sultanhan Hotel for 6 days to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful — the decor is elegant and full of character, giving it a real sense of charm and comfort. Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were fantastic — attentive and welcoming at all hours, both day and night. The food was very good, and the overall hospitality throughout our stay made us feel right at home. The location is ideal: just a 6-minute walk to the Blue Mosque, but still away from the crowds to feel calm and relaxing. A wonderful hotel in every way. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Really nice hotel in the heart of Saltanahmed. Friendly staff good breakfast with fabulous views. Highly recommend although getting in and out by car is a challenge due to narrow streets but taxi the only option.

Love this place

Let me just start by saying this hotel was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I stayed in Istanbul, Turkey for three days after my cruise, and it was truly the best decision. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, everyone was so kind and helpful. Not only that, but they also offered me several activity options to do in Turkey. I chose two of them: the Turkish bath and the dinner cruise I absolutely loved both! I truly felt at home. Anytime I needed something or had a question, they were there to help. Whether it was clarifying directions or recommending places to visit, they were always ready with helpful advice. Let me not forget — the hotel is located right in the center of Istanbul’s best attractions. The location is amazing. Breakfast was included, and let me tell you, it was wonderful. Everyone in the breakfast area was so kind and helpful. I especially want to mention a lovely lady (I’ll be posting her picture) who made sure I had everything I needed, including delicious Turkish tea. The room was very clean and well-organized. If you're planning to visit Istanbul, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s great, and you’ll truly feel at home. And trust me I travel every year to different places, but I’ve rarely felt as welcomed as I did here.

Highly Recommended! This hotel was in the perfect location, everything was within walking distance. It offered great value for the money, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The service was exceptional: we arrived around midnight and they were fully prepared for us, greeting us with chocolates and refreshing lemonade. The breakfast buffet was both generous and delicious, and the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

After seven years stayed here again and the hotel is conveniently located at walkable distance from the Blue mosque and close to the tram station. The staff were extra helpful and rooftop terrace restaurant has views of Blue Mosque and Haifa Sofia

The hotel is excellent! The staff so helful! The manager even made sure we had our boxed breakfast because our flight was very early! Unfortunately the hamam experience was a bust! There were 4 of us scheduled and there was only one person to do all of us. We wasted 3 hours each waiting . So sad! The masseuse was good, but it was a bad experience. We could just have walked a few feet to do our hamam somewhere else. We could have seen more of Istanbul at night! Oh well…But I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when I have the chance to come back❤️
