Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class offers 48 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars (stocked with some free items) and a safe. This individually decorated accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes day beds. Select Comfort beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. LCD televisions come with premium satellite channels. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit with a rainfall showerhead, slippers, designer toiletries and complimentary toiletries.

Good location, close to the bazaar. Welcoming and friendly staff at the front desk. Rooms are small and need an uplift. No fan in the bathrooms, has lead to severely mouldy ceiling.

Fantastic staff. Great hospitality. Their breakfast was excellent. Located in a historic neighborhood. 6 to 8 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. Lots of dinning and shopping options around. We were in Istanbul for just 3 days and couldn't have asked for a better location for a short trip.

The staff is very helpful (5 stars to all employees), especially the restaurant employees, you cannot do better, very professional and polite. The room we selected was a good size, and the bed was good. We got the balcony option, which gives us a very good view of the street. The hotel is not on Main Street, so it is a very peaceful environment. Of course, I will not forget the nice and beautiful view from the terrace when you get your breakfast or dinner.

We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time but the hotel front desk attendant assured us to get our room ready as quickly as possible. My family appreciates the hospitality and caring attitude after a very long tiring flight from the U.S.The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with a plethora of fresh,delicious options to choose from.
