Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class offers 48 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars (stocked with some free items) and a safe. This individually decorated accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes day beds. Select Comfort beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. This hotel is quite old although the rooms were spacious and very quiet. We found the bed extremely comfortable. We stayed at the hotel eight nights, and the breakfasts were tremendous. The yogourt was fantastic and I mixed honey directly from the comb with it. The hotel is located in a great area, which is largely why we selected it. We love to walk, and were able to easily get to Galata Tower and back in just a few hours. Of course the tram is just metres away, for anyone who doesn't like to walk. Takes just a few minutes to wall to Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque.

Great stay 5 minutes away from the cool stuff

The staff was friendly. The bfast area has an amazing view, and great options. the rooms are comfortable. The beds are big and comfy. They can use some better pillow options, they were a bit old and uncomfortable. In general it was a great stay. Everything is literally minutes away walking distance.

A great location for seeing the sites (literally 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque). Hotel stylish and grand - marble opulence. Rooms spacious. The restaurant has a good view of the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sofia at night. What made the stay extra special was the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble (from opening the windows without being asked in the restaurant to allow window-free pictures to be taken) to helping with booking of tours and directions to Metro stations. The final exceptional service provided was when, on finding at the airport that I had left items in the safe, was their honesty and professionalism in making sure I got them back when I had returned to the UK. Certainly 5 star service.

Wonderful, friendly staff. A big smile and greeting each time I return from day excursions. Excellent service. Beautiful rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Their handmade soaps are great! Great breakfast buffet with omlet options, plenty of fresh fruits and cheeses. Central to everything in Sultan Ahmet and easily walkable.

The staff are excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. They upgraded our room few of charge without asking if we would like. It had a balcony and a good view.it is an older property but in good condition. 20% off restaurant, which we used for drinks one night. I restaurant has great view bad Christian music for some reason, but otherwise a good stay. Super easy to walk to the main sites- Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, grand bazaar.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly. The room was sparkling clean. All the staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing and had so many different options. The servers in the restaurant were so kind and went out of their way for my child. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Istanbul. It is close to everything and they do a great job of telling you how to get around the city.

Not a large variety of drinks ,rooms were very clean and the. Sheets and towels were changed daily. Everyone was very friendly and the person in charge of the front desk on the day shift was extremely helpful, going out of his way to give us information and advice on where to go and find activities for every day we spent in Istanbul. The location was also ideal because we were at walking distance of most of the attractions that are recommended to see on a trip to this pintoresco city. The Gran Bazar is a few blocks away ad well as dozens of nice restaurants and shops 👍
