This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and i really like it. Its close to everything. The staff are also super nice and helpful. The rooms are big , clean and safe. The hotel staff upsized our room to a triple, whixh was super nice of them. The only thing i would say is that the air conditioning wasnt great , and we went in Feb. It is an older hotel so that may be the reason but it still doesnt put me off staying here again. The breakfast is nice, the cats sitting in the hotel entrance are nice, there's also a couple of ceramics and lamps shops directly opposite which are great and fairly priced , in my opinion. So all in all this is a great hotel and great location, with great staff. Cant wait to go again.

The hotel is exactly how it looks online, is in a perfect location for all the sightseeing spots and smells lovely. The room although spacious was very very hot! The fan was on but not blowing out cold air! We went in Feb so weather not hot but room was a sauna with no way to cool it down. It was also facing a brick wall full of air con units so the room was dark and noisy too. Breakfast was disappointing - not a massive selection tbh, not enough fresh fruit, just an orange or apple and abit of banana. Juice from a machine so not fresh either. They do fresh omelettes which were nice. Views from the rooftop were lovely. Staff were good and helped with a taxi to the airport but we didn’t receive half of what I’d read about on previous reviews so again that felt abit disappointing. For what we paid it was fine and a good base for our travel plans.

To start with, the staff was very helpful. Our room had a pungent smell and after realizing the issue they were to change the rooms. The location was ideal for us as is in close proximity to tram station and blue mosque / Hagia Sofia. The breakfast had lots of good options.

The positives- the hotel is in an ideal location with fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant which also serves a great breakfast. It is well decorated and very clean and all the staff are warm and super friendly. The negatives - the air conditioning does not work apparently in most room I asked other guests who had similar issues. They advertise city views however my room looked out to the walls of the next building. The rooms are not soundproofed I was kept awake by the heat and the noises from the room next door as their kid had a game that seemed to be playing all night long. I did not get one good nights sleep throughout my stay. However the sunrise over the Blue mosque was a spectacular sight to start the day.
