We stay here everytime we come to Iowa City because of the service. Ben & Kayla in the Bar are the absolute best !! They always remember us and they are so friendly. They make the best drinks and the service is Incredible. I also love Wenjin in the mornings - she makes the very best coffees and also is so outgoing and friendly !! Love everyone at the Hyatt.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The shower was great! Bed was a bit soft and would have liked a microwave in the room. They need a better snowblower. Theirs was really too small to handle the walkway and there should have been snow removal for the entrance.
