Rooms are decent, but I don’t know if I’d say it’s worth $159.00 a night. Breakfast is also decent, but not overly great. Customer service is great with most of the staff here.

We arrived after 2am of course the lobby entry doors were locked..I picked up the phone and when the overnight clerk picked up because she was standing there behind the desk and I said “ I have a reservation”… she asked my name and I told her my name..she then said just one moment while she verified my reservation and finally she buzzed me in after seeing it..Now mind you they have a Jefferson Parish sheriff’s deputy sitting in the patrol car right near the front door..Now I have nothing against the police but I’m not the biggest fan of seeing one while I’m on vacation sitting on patrol in front my hotel either..So after checking in go back to retrieve my luggage..got to the front door again and the lady was still standing right behind the counter..She looked and saw that it was me then proceeded to put her head back down like she was so busy and ignored me..I had to dig in pockets and use my room key to get in….smdh and to top that of you got the police on security right there at the door…I didn’t feel to much hospitality from her to say the least…just any icy vibe I wanta say…

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There were plenty of restaurants close by and nothing was too far, just a 15 20 minute drive which wasn’t bad. I will book this hotel again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans-Elmwood/Clearview Parkway. The hotel is very conveniently located near several restaurants and was only a short drive to my workplace, which made it an excellent choice for my trip. The outdoor pool appeared very clean, although it was not heated. There is no gym or workout room on site, which may be a downside for some guests. The parking lot was well lit on one side of the building, but the other side was quite dark. Overall, the room was very clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
