The Lodge at Jackson Hole offers 154 accommodations with a safe and complimentary bottles of water. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. 50-inch LCD televisions come with satellite channels. The property its self was descent. Good location. Staff was not very knowledgeable of the area or things to do in the town. Their answers always ended up being “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know”. As a traveler and someone that has not been to the area it would be nice to have your questions answered. We also had an issue with the iron in the room. There was something burned on the iron and when my wife used it on her shirt it burn whatever it was into her shirt. All we go from the front desk was, “oh I’m sorry to hear that”. Very frustrating.

Perfect stay in Jackson hole. Clean updated room, all the amenities, nice pool and hot tub area, good breakfast, helpful staff. It is just a couple of minutes drive off of the main square but the hotel offers transportation if needed. We didn’t not use this service but found one of the best restaurants in town walking distance across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great for $5/ person! Most staff were very friendly. Only had one person at the front desk that seemed inconvenienced when we needed something. All the other front deak staff was great! Pool could get a little busy.
