The walls are really thin. We could here peoples conversation, kids running around and laughing in there room almost as if they were in the same room. The hot water really wasn't that hot. The bath mat looked really old. The hotel should spen a few extra bucks to get a new bath mat.

Nice hotel. Great value for the buck. Though, I was disappointed, as the website states they have a hot tub. NOPE! That was one of the reasons I decided to stay there. Very disappointed. The restaurant cafe provide great food. Great location. 5 restaurants within walking distance.

Good choice

Came in town for a concert and Brandon Ampitheatre. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the venue. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area.

A crib was listed for the amenities. We got there and they said they no longer have cribs. The staff was incredibly rude about it. If they had been even a little understanding or apologetic it would have been a totally different experience. Had to scramble to find another hotel with a crib near by which took a while.

The lady who checked me in acted like I was bothering her by checking in. She had a complete attitude. The evening front desk lady was a lot nicer. She patiently helped me through the issues I had in my room and had a great customer service demeanor. Issues in my room: hard to change the A/C temp by the buttons on the room’s thermostat and the tv channels were not initially working until the hospitality manager worked on it.
