Wonderful property. Cocktails and dinner included. Surprised, pleasantly, they have top shelf alcohol. Dinner wasn’t fancy ( think ballpark food) but quality and taste were great. Breakfast was expansive and very good. Rooms very clean. Comfy beds. Surrounding grounds nicely landscaped. Only downside is the pool and sauna water seemed a little sketchy.

Currently, a guest at the property. The cleanliness inside, staff presence at the front desk, performance of the staff, and condition of the room is greatly improved since we had recently visited this property under the old management. However, the pool is dirty and not maintained and while I mentioned it to front desk two days ago, it remains that way. Also, throughout the hotel and in the room while the WIFI says it is 2.4 G it is insufficient - does not work properly and anyone using it for streaming or perform any tasks online will have issues and find it useless - the front desk has no idea what the issue is nor the remediation. While around the hotel several guests complained about the pool condition and many folks asked about the WIFI. The evening drink selections are very nice and the staff is wonderful however, people seemed frustrated that the food seemed to be coming out in small quantity and they waited for a little more to come out perhaps as a measure to control food costs. Overall, they cleaned up the drifters and people wandering about this place, the place is quiet, and cleaner. I was very disappointed in the fact that the pool was in poor shape and the Internet not working since my daughter wanted to swim and I needed to use my laptop and this was what I needed and why I had decided to stay at this hotel and unfortunately was told while on the phone with staff and upon arrival that everything was good and working. Courtney at the front desk is so sweet, professional, and friendly. She always greet me with a smile, goes over and above everytime I visit the hotel, and ensure I have a smooth check in. She definitely needs a raise!!! The kitchen staff is also top tier. Breakfast and the evening reception is so good, because of them. Courtney and the kitchen staff makes this an amazing hotel.

One night at Prado

We are on a driving vacation and only stayed 1 night. Check in was a breeze, all the amenities were well kept. There was a little bar that we were given 3 free drinks each and a small dinner buffet also included for free. Shops nearby came in handy. Many out of town construction workers stay here, which wasn’t a problem for us.

The property was great the only thing was that the indoor pool and hot tub were super dirty. You couldn't see the bottom of either. I turned the hot tub on and bubbles from people's dirt started to form.
