The location was great right across from the beach and near restaurants. A wonderful breakfast was provided each morning and the beds were comfy at night. On the downside, the shower had very little pressure and not very hot, the tub faucet leaked and the vent didn’t work. The issues were minor, probably another room would have been fine. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot!

Check in was prompt and easy. Our room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach. This is our go to hotel while on Amelia Islans.

We requested to change rooms due to stains in bath tub. Our second room was much nicer. Walls are paper thin. Unfortunately, we had an incident in the room beside us that required assistance from the Front Desk Clerk. She was very professional and we appreciated that the matter was resolved quickly.

Took over an hour to get our room ready. After Check-in, then they let us into the wrong room. That was occupied how embarrassing finally, they cleaned a room for us. As we sat in the hallway for 45 minutes, when we got into the room, everything was broken. The lights didn't work, Remote control was broken. The faucets were leaking. One of the sinks was plugged up., it was dirty and disgusting tried to get ahold of management for 3 days. Nobody responded even left notes at the desk to give us a call and they still never responded. Tried to file a claim with Expedia, but was unable to because they couldn't get ahold of the management as well.

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfy. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The price of the room was very affordable! My granddaughters enjoyed the gift shop. Highly satisfied and will be returning a lot more in the future. If you're looking for a hotel at the beach in Fernandina Beach, you won't go wrong staying here!!!! I came for rest and relaxation, and I felt refreshed when i checked out! ☺️

When we got to our room, there was a strong cleaning odor and in the bathroom we found a cockroach in a corner of the ceiling. Not one we would recommend.
