The staff was great! We stayed at the property because we were visiting family for Christmas. The hotel needs a facelift however it was clean and reasonably priced.

The Hotel needs to be refurbished/makeover. Its very run down and old. The furniture in rooms are dirty, same with carpet, and the shower tiles are nasty. I showered in flip flops. BUT the staff is incredibly nice. I loved the staff. I really wanted to love this double tree, but was happy when I checked out.

It was not the best. My room definitely looked ran down. The light bulb in the bathroom broke over my head when I got out the shower. The ceiling was also leaking, And I wasn’t a fan of paying to park .

I booked for River side but they gave me the city side room. The receptionist said take it out with Expedia. The room was below average. Shower water ran into the whole bathroom because of the short shower curtain and short shower floor barrier wall. Ice maker in the hall did not have ice. They said get ice at the bar. The elevator did not work properly, was very slow and I had to use the stairs at one time. Trash cans didn't have plastic bags in them. I Will never go back to this hotel again.

Costumer service was the worst I never had. The hotel was dirty. Location was ok. Booked at cheaper rate and you get what you pay for. Bad decision. If possible do not stay in this hotel.
