Expedia, you been ask for over a year to take the “fireplace” off the amenities and according to the Hilton you haven’t. So I paid for something that I could not use. This is an Expedia problem and I would like a refund.

Room and hotel was great but two weeks later there is an incidental charge of $50 pending on my credit card. I checked upon departing and my incidental balance was 0.Yesterday I called Hampton and they confirmed no additional charges were incurred and suggested a third party submitted it. Should this be posted I will dispute it and am unsure of ever using Hotels.com
