Room was full of issues. The bathroom door got stuck in there because the handle broke the toilet dispensary was hanging off. The sofa was spotted up with white spots that looked very unsettling. It was raggedy under you for the soul for the carpets was dirty. Definitely surprised to see that Hyatt room look like that especially it was a Lakeview and I spent the extra money just to add a Lake view and the staff overall was good but they didn’t try to fix none of that stuff. I was there that’s the only drawback, but I mean overall like the higher, but this was just not a particular good experience with them there and they didn’t even give me any points for my stay offered the inconvenience. I would probably use to hide it again, but most likely not that location.
