Greeted at check in by a member of staff who said he was having to ‘run the show’ and there was nobody who could make up our sofa bed (as we’d requested bis the Expedia app chat) Weren’t made aware of the $5/night parking fee, although only a small charge, still not good! Basic room and bathroom, small hotel, close to very good shopping and dining options though.
