The rooms were dirty, roaches were coming out the walls, and the sheets were dirty. The facility was unkept and the when talking to the GM about a refund, no effort was made to refund aside from offering the room next door as an apology.

Everything was extremely dirty. No one cleans anything there. The receptionist's service was terrible. Thank goodness I was only there for a day. I would never return to that hotel again. They should close it down..

I had booked this room a day prior to moving into my apartment. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to check into my room. The first room I was assigned to had a clogged toilet with piss and toilet paper filling it up. The room stunk of cigarettes and the bathroom door would not close properly. I asked for another room and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor which had me thinking maybe I should have stayed with the room on the 4th floor. The people above me were so loud with their stomping it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom had questionable stains covering the ceiling and the AC unit had mold in it which had me concerned about breathing it in. Overall I would never stay here again and would rather sleep outside👍😐

We got there the smell was excruciating a mix of pot dirt and nasty burnt kitchen equipment. They don’t have a one bed room. There was no tv or WiFi. The attendant was kind and visibly upset she couldn’t help us out. She showed us a room we could stay in and it was dirty and frail

There was nothing to like about this property there was nothing but drugs gangs no cable prostitution everywhere the place was dirty smell like cracking meth and I filed a report with the attorney general of Florida
