My family and I checked in for a 1 night stay while visiting NYC and the surrounding area. The gentleman (unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name) at the front desk was accommodating and knowledgeable. He gave me a bus schedule including all of the details and FAQ to make this process as smooth as possible. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the property condition was due to a broken shower. However, when I went to the desk the gentleman once again was accommodating to my request and gave us a new room. Overall excellent experience.

Great location, they have a shuttle to American Dream making it really convenient. Their breakfast is decent. The only drawback is they have 2 elevators which back up quickly during peak season. If you need your room cleaned, you need to give them advance notice. If not, the room is cleaned every other day, but make sure to double check. Rooms are a good size and I'll use a small fridge.

Great hotel, great staff

Our stay was a family trip we reserved 2 rooms and we were no where near eachother. One room was on 2nd floor other on 5th floor. Which was not ideal. Breakfast was very good but very hard when it was super busy. Think the would benefit in opening up the room where the food is take down the wall and make it one big open area . But everything was tastey and hot or cold. Perfect temps. Staff was wonderful and kind. We would absolutely go back.

I enjoyed the property. Perfect size room for my small family. Sergio(older male) I believe is his name, did an amazing job of getting us to and from the mall. He was very welcoming, kind, and patient. The only inconvenience I had was having to go to a different floor to get ice but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is great and staff are nice. I did however have a few problems which contributed to my raining. 1st issue is that the room had an Odor like sweat and someone’s body. It didn’t smell fresh and clean. Staff put some type of purifier in our room when we were gone but when we returned, it did not work as the smell still lingered. I mysteriously became extremely ill within hours of the stay ( not sure if it was from something I ate or maybe someone there was sick ). I became so ill that we had to check out and go home so I can go to the hospital. I originally booked for two nights and asked staff since we were checking out early Was I able to get a refund for the last night and I was told no. I was not happy with this due to the circumstances and the fact that they are able to then just resell the room to someone else for the night. This is the reason for my low rating as there was no flexibility. I did book the room with the understanding that there would be no refunds if I canceled, but I was not aware that that meant even under circumstances such as becoming ill, and having to leave early etc., (which I think an expedition in this case is warranted).
