The room was clean, I was impressed. I typically do a quick clean upon arrival. Staff was courteous. The only thing I wish the beds were a tad more comfortable, probably a mattress topper or pad would help. The mattress is very firm

The staff was friendly and very helpful especially with directions on catching the bus to NYC. The room was clean and spacious. We had two queen beds. The only complaint I had was how firm the mattress was. The included breakfast was very delicious and included many options! There was always coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch!

Excellent staff, nothing negative to say, the lobby, room hotels in general, perfectly clean and comfortable the breakfast delicious and bus is right there in front of the hotel, there is a mall and shopping center 5 minutes away from the hotel. Very happy, we will definitely be staying there for our next trip.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the American Dream mall, the Meadowlands, or want to go into NYC by bus. Clean hotlel, great breakfast, friendly staff, and a good price. The bus into NYC is fast as it’s the last stop before Port Authority.
