A good weekend getaway.

Check-in and check-out is very fast. Room and toilet is very clean. Bed is also comfortable. Toiletries are bare minimum but sufficient. A hand shower will be better than the overhead "rain" shower as some times we don't want to get the head wet. Room is too dim and can do with more lights. There are bed for 3 pax but only 1 chair. Will be good to have at least 2 chairs in the room. Overall, it is a good staycation with plenty of shops and good food outlets in the building.

The toilet floor gets very wet after each shower. The water leaks into the dry area outside the shower screen. The wardrobe and cabinets look very old and worn. There is no shower cap provided which was a problem because only the rain shower works and not the handheld shower head. We stayed at Tower 2 room 2329. Need an upgrade badly. There is this constant sewage or longkang water smell in the underground carpark and when we walk outside the hotel. The glass windows are coated with dust and dirt, very unsightly. However, the hotel is very conveniently located with lots of new eating places sprouting up all around.

The hotel is supposed to be non smoking but when wechecked in our rooms was stinking of cigarette's We complained and the staff changed our room but they forgot to inform house keeping so they didnt makeup our room the next day. Shamebecause the hotel is perfectly located

It looks big and nice but shocked when I arrived. The unit is dirty, old, far from the lobby, very poor service from the staff, shocking attitude by the housekeeping, totally locked away from the lobby and no access. We saw cockcoarch and floor is also dirty. Will totally avoid it in future!
