Dangerous and unsafe..

A very poorly maintained hotel!! We were trapped in the lift for half hour. The lift dropped by 2 feet the moment we stepped into the lift with the lift doors open. Suddenly; the outer lift door slammed shut. The internal door was not closed and the lift started dropping down slowly with the doors open!!! After that the lift went up to the top floor and came down again, jerking violently intermittently. I really thought the lift was going to plunge!! It was the most frightening experience I ever had. After 30 mins, the technician let us out at the basement floor - supposed to be an emergency rescue exit! However, the basement exit was filled with construction items, and in pitch darkness. It was so terribly unsafe..

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We requested for late check out and got no response. Upon asking the staff at counter he said that coz of weekend they won’t do. Also after check out I asked him if I can fill a water bottle and he said there is no water dispense. I am sure the staff should have drinking water where they drink the water from. I guess the staff prefers to say No rather then a polite explanation
