I cant say cleanliness was a problem, just some minor repairs, one thing is curtains in our room had came loose in some ares, easy fix. Some of the bathroom pipes need some touching up. When we went to the pool, apparently some folks have no home training, towels were scattered all around pool, someone's wet clothes and new clothes tags laying around and in pool, however when i told front desk the young man took care of it immediately. The staff is 5 stars, very polite, very respectful and always offering to help in any way, keep up the good work yall !!

Was told at reservation that I could pay with a different card. Got here to check in, found they had chsrged my debit. Woyld not allow me to switch. Said I could pay for the 2nd night on a different card. He took that card and putvit in the computer. At checkout, diacovered he chatged it all to my debit. The girl working said it was because it was college graduation weekend. That never came up. We were not there for graduation. She did refund thev2nd night and put itvon the credit card but now I have to wait for it to go through the bank, etc. Also, our room was not freshened up for day 2. No towels left, bed not made, trash not emptied. Breakfast was very backed up. Would NOT recommend staying here

4x stay

We have stayed here 4 tumes since December 2024. Our first 2 visits were fantastic. The third visit (early April), we noticed that things weren't as clean and there was a dirty washcloth in the shower. I mentioned at checkout that things hadn't been as clean and clerk simply apologized. We stayed again 4/27 and the room was in better shape for sure. We also noticed on the last 2 visits that the mattresses might need to be replaced. The edges were very broken down and felt as though you may roll off. I know it is common for the middle of the bed to have less wear but this was more than that. The desk staff and breakfast attendants are typically very kind, helpful, and welcoming. We have been upgraded, offered discounts, and accommodated when the length of one stay was unclear so from a customer service standpoint I absolutely cannot complain!

I am spoiled!

They are in process of converted over the bedding. My previous stay had the newer bedding and this last one was with (relatively) older bedding. Obviously, I got spoiled with the new bedding! Still comfortable.
