Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Perfect cozy spot for a family.

Perfect spot on the main drag in June. This is our second time staying here with our family and it’s an affordable and cozy spot. Basic but clean with a great staff and just what you need for a ski weekend.

June Lake Motel is in the middle of town. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The room had a small kitchen with all the amenities, including everything needed to make us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again

Great little motel in the heart of June Lake, 1 mile from skiing and walkable to the town cafes and restaurants - we highly recommend the epic cafe and the local balanced rock grill and cantina (so good)!

Great location for our ski trip! Friendly and helpful staff (thanks Kimberly!) and we got an upgrade to allow us to cook some meals during our stay! The bed was soft and sunken in and not comfortable and the heater was hard to control. Otherwise everything was great!

Small television, with only a handful of channels, all unwatchable, and the furnishings spanned five decades of mismatched thrift store findings having said this the owner was very sweet and gave me a free upgrade to a room with a kitchenette

Very Clean and Quiet property! Everything was great, we just felt the pillows and mattress all seemed a bit on the firm side. We were still comfortable enough though that we would definitely consider staying here again the future!

This two-story motel was built in the 1950's. It has a retro feel with some updates. A little noise from next door brewery. No elevator. I needed one queen bed and got 3 beds a kitchen. The walkways and steps were dimly lit at night. In the parking area, there were spots where ice could be observed. Unfortunately, the old wall heater did not keep my room warm. I was offered a space heater. Ultimately, I wore two jackets in bed. The outside air temperature at daybreak was 28 degrees.
